Caroline Sherwood is a Director of Recruiting at George Group Consulting. She is responsible for all phases of talent acquisition, including the identification and sourcing of candidates, the screening and assessment methods used in the selection process, and the preparation and delivery of new talent to our North American Business Practices. Caroline has an MBA and an M.S. and B.S. (both in Industrial Engineering) from Texas A&M University.

Before joining George Group, Caroline was the COO of OutsourcingCenter.com and a Senior Consultant specializing in Change Management at Everest Group. Prior to that she held Senior Manager positions in the Performance Improvement and Change Management Consulting practices at Accenture and at KPMG where she delivered consulting and operations support – helping Global 500 clients implementing strategic and operational improvement initiatives. In former industry roles, Caroline had responsibility for intellectual capital development and distribution, operations strategy and execution, new product design and development, and business development. Caroline also worked with IBM Corporation and with General Dynamics Corporation earlier in her career.
