Bill

Bill has experience shaping global Lean Six Sigma deployments  at companies like ITT Industries, Baxter Healthcare, United Space Alliance, GEICO, US Oncology and Johns Manville (A Berkshire Hathaway Company). He is also an expert trainer and coach, and co-author of What is Lean Six Sigma? (McGraw-Hill, October 2003). He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and he has taught portions of a Graduate Level Course in Lean Principles at the University of Texas at Austin.

Mark

Mark works directly with senior executives and business unit leaders; designing custom deployment models that leverage client strengths and opportunities to drive hard results linked to their business priorities. Currently, Mark oversees George Group's operations in Europe. His deployment experience spans myriad industries including global automobile manufacturers, financial services, food & beverage, telecommunications, electronics, medical products as well as the U.S. military. He hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, is fluent in Spanish, and has conducted Executive, Champion, Sponsor and Green Belt certification training for hundreds of our client resources in North America, South America and Europe.
