Pam Altizer Director, Practice Development, Operational Excellence
Pam Altizer leads Practice Development for the Operational Excellence practice at George Group. As a Director, she is responsible for identifying best practices in deployment of process improvements, lean six sigma initiatives and lean transformations to support the engagement leaders and consultants and optimize delivery value to George Group commercial clients. In other roles at George Group, Pam led global consulting and Lean Six Sigma deployment engagements to help clients implement enterprise-wide initiatives and achieve ROI program objectives in manufacturing and service industries.
Before joining George Group, Pam held several positions of increasing responsibility with Texas Instruments for 14 years ranging from business process improvement to consumer product line management and development. Prior to that Pam worked in the banking industry for Recognition Equipment, Continental Bank and Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Pam joined George Group in 1998. She has a B.A. in Business and Economics from Simmons College, an MBA from University of Dallas and an M.S. in Organizational Development from University of Texas. |
