 As Managing Partner Operating Excellence, Mark works directly with Senior Executives and Business Unit Leaders helping them drive operational excellence and enable business strategy. He designs custom deployment models that leverage client strengths and opportunities while assuming accountability for tangible results.
Mark's experience in deploying business process improvement spans myriad industries including Global Automobile Manufacturers, Financial Services, Food & Beverage, Telecommunications, Electronics, Medical Products as well as the U.S. Military. He has also provided support to leading Private Equity Firms and their portfolio companies.
Understanding the need and method to deliver accelerated financial results, Mark has crafted Lean Six Sigma deployments that created millions in economic profit while at the same time helped establish cultural transformation for long term sustainability.
Mark's support of George Group clients began in 1990 with deployments of Continuous Flow Manufacturing (CFM, the precursor to Lean) in Mexico's leading manufacturers of Automobiles and Medical devices. Since then he has trained dozens of George Group clients on the powerful non-linear relationships of advanced Lean Principles, especially through the implementation of our proprietary Analytical Software Solution SupplyChainAccelerator.
Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a concentration in International relations. He is fluent in Spanish and has conducted Executive, Champion, Sponsor and Green Belt certification training for hundreds of our client resources in North America, South America and Europe. |
