Senior Vice President, Public Services

Mark Price is Senior Vice President of Public Services and is recognized world-wide as an expert in the design, integration, launch, and deployment of Lean Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies.  He has mentored and facilitated executive teams to lead large Lean Six Sigma deployments in both commercial and federal government sectors such as Naval Air Systems Command, ITT Industries and Alcan. 

His multi-industry experience began as an associate at Florida Power & Light where he was present during the challenge and award of the prestigious Deming Prize. During his FPL tenure, Mark led strategic operations excellence projects utilizing TQM, benchmarking, business process reengineering and workforce planning and organization techniques. 

Mark is an acknowledged Lean Master Sensei and Kaizen deployment expert.  He is co-author of The Lean Six Sigma Pocket Toolbook and has authored numerous whitepapers on the enterprise application of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Mark earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Masters degree in Engineering & Operations Management from the University of South Florida. He is a member of AUSA and The Navy League.
