Matt Reilly
Chief Executive, Global Managing Partner

Matt Reilly is the Chief Executive and Global Managing Partner of George group, and leader of the firm's Management Committee.  Prior to this role, he was Managing Partner of the firm's North American and Latin American businesses.  

Matt has served as client partner for three Fortune 500 companies, partnering with CEOs to address Board-level issues regarding profitable growth and operations.  His research and writing has been published by University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and also in Knowledge @ Wharton.  Matt is a frequent speaker at CFO Magazine's bi-annual CFO conference;  he recently hosted a CEO Roundtable for Chief Executive magazine and he has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal.

He has also worked with C-level civilian clients and senior military leaders in George Group's Public Service business, serving the US Navy and US Army.  His initial role at George Group was to start the Conquering Complexity practice, a global business focused on helping clients understand & quantify the impacts of product and service complexity on their operations, and developing strategies to use complexity as a competitive weapon.  

Before joining George Group, Matt was a Principal at A.T. Kearney, serving clients in the US, Europe and Asia, leading and delivering work in the Industrial, Private Equity, Energy and Consumer Products segments.  Prior to A.T. Kearney, Matt was an executive at General Electric, holding a variety of management positions in Sales, Marketing and Operations.one   He began his professional career as an officer in the US Navy, serving as an Engineering officer and department head.
