Nico Alonzi Director, Client Services Europe
Nico is a Director, Client Services Europe, based in London. He brings over 12 years of experience in helping global organisations implement strategic change programs delivering significant operational and financial performance improvements. He has gained broad experience in architecting and deploying programs, using a blend of Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management methodologies, which have enabled his clients to develop and sustain long-term continuous improvement capability.
Prior to joining George Group, Nico was the European Service Delivery Leader at Celerant Consulting, a global management consulting firm, working predominantly in the chemical, manufacturing, and utilities sectors. He has helped many organizations to develop continuous improvement capability, including Shell, Conoco Phillips, Basell, BASF, Celanese, BT Wholesale, Centrica, Scottish Water, and Standard Life.
Before entering the consulting field, Nico had a 10 year career at General Electric, holding various leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Human Resources, & Quality (Six Sigma). During that time he also completed an assignment as Global Program Manager within Crotonville, GE's Corporate Leadership Development Center.
Nico graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Industrial Design and also holds post graduate diploma in Polymer Technology, both from Napier University, Edinburgh, UK. He is a certified Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
